Mission

My mission is cat longevity. And I should tell you straight away that I mean more by that word than years. I mean the light still in your cat's eyes at sixteen. The curiosity still in her step. A long life with the joy still inside it.

I do not believe those years are luck. I believe they are built. The cat asleep in your home is a desert animal of astonishing design, running ancient physiology in a modern room, and nearly everything in that room was decided by you and me. The water she drinks. The air she breathes. The materials she touches, grooms and sleeps on. My work is to walk beside you through those decisions, one at a time.

And here is the part I love most. Whatever is clean enough for her is clean for you, for your children, for the baby on the floor. A home built for a cat's long life is a home built for every life in it. Honour the cat and you honour the earth. Honour the earth and you honour the cat. In twenty eight years I have never found where one ends and the other begins.

I am not here to hand you information.

Information is everywhere. It is not what I am offering.

What I want is smaller and harder. I want you to look up from this page, find your cat, and then look at the room around her. That room is her entire world. It is the thing almost nobody talks about. It is one of the reasons she will either grow old, or grow old well.

If I do my work well, you will never look at your cat or the home she lives in the same way again.
